No point of access to any user's information

In Bitizen wallet we strongly believe that our users have right to keep their personal information, and that users' data privacy must be respected.

Bitizen wallet does not have KYC requirements for its users.

We strictly limit the collection of users' personal data, and any piece of information that is collected in Bitizen wallet is stored in encrypted way that even the Bitizen team members cannot see it.

Decryption of each user's data is only possible with an individual decryption key that is stored on the user's personal cloud storage, and only accessible by the user him or herself.

At any circumstances Bitizen team is not able to view, copy or transfer user's information.

Even if some of the data is leaked to the public or acquired by any third party, encryption makes it unusable, achieving full privacy-safety.
