Risks related to private keys

Wallets with private keys and seed phrases are a popular choice as they have been introduced to the community since the beginning of the crypto industry. Most of the traditional wallets existing on the market have private keys and seed phrases, having the same critical vulnerability rooted in the underlying technology.

There is always a risk that if a private key is accidentally shared, exposed or being stolen, the security of funds will be compromised. It is also possible for users to accidentally lose their private keys; in which case it becomes impossible for them to access the funds. Millions of users are having the same problem of keeping private keys safely, and millions of users have already lost their funds by hacker attacks targeting private keys or by human error.

Private key is a single point of failure, this is why we believe the only solution that will eliminate the risk is to completely remove the private keys.
